A Canada Post strike was launched on September 25, 2025. We are closely monitoring the situation and taking proactive steps to ensure minimum disruption to our members.

During a postal service disruption, mail deliveries including paper statements for you will be delayed.

As a reminder, even during a postal disruption, as a member you remain responsible to make payments on your account.

Paper statement delivery will resume once postal service is fully restored.
