As we prepare for the busy spring seeding season, we are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our Agro team in seasonal roles. Available Positions

Seasonal Driver
Responsibilities include delivering crop inputs such as seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products to members, farms and customers in the surrounding area. This role involves operating company trucks, assisting with loading and unloading product, and supporting the Agro team with general operational duties.

Plant / Yard Personnel
This role supports the day-to-day operations of the fertilizer plant and yard. Duties include fertilizer blending, loading and unloading trucks, maintaining inventory areas, and ensuring the facility and yard remain clean, safe, and organized.

Agronomy Assistant
Working alongside our agronomy team, the Agronomy Assistant helps support agronomic services for local producers. Responsibilities may include soil sampling, crop scouting, assisting with agronomic data collection, and supporting agronomy staff during the peak season.

Qualifications
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during peak agricultural seasons.
• Willingness to work extended hours and days when required.
• Valid driver’s license required. (Class 1 or 3 considered an asset for driver roles)
• Agriculture experience or education is considered an asset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to workplace safety and customer service.
