Co-op Gift Card Fundraising Program — Raise Funds Through Everyday Purchases
Our Gift Card Fundraising Program is designed to help non-profit groups raise money through the everyday purchases of fuel, groceries, and general merchandise. Whether you're supporting a sports team, school, or community organization, this is a simple and effective way to fundraise.
How It Works:
Pre-sell Co-op Gift Cards to friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors.
Available in $25, $50, and $100 denominations.
Cards can be used during sales, promotions, and discount days.
No minimum purchase required. Cards are not redeemable for cash.
Gift cards are valid for everyday items such as fuel, hardware and more.
Fundraising Discount Tiers:
$2,000–$9,999 = 8% discount
$10,000–$50,000 = 10% discount
Example: A team sells $15,000 in gift cards. With a 10% discount, they pay $13,500 to Co-op and keep the $1,500 difference as profit.
Program Guidelines:
Minimum gift card order: $2,500. One campaign per fiscal year per group.
Payment methods: cash, certified cheque or bank draft.
Cards must be paid in full before pickup. Please allow 3 business days for processing.
Cards cannot be used for bulk fuel, propane fertilizer, or other gift cards.

Fundraising groups are responsible for distributing the correct cards to buyers. Use of gift cards is subject to terms and conditions printed on the back of each card.
