Credit Limit Changes and Real-Time Credit Checks at Cardlock

Please be advised that new credit limit changes for charge accounts will be implemented across the Co-operative Retailing System this fall. These changes will apply to both your local Co-op and Federated Co-operatives Limited charge accounts.
To ensure uninterrupted access to your Cardlock card and maintain your full credit limit availability, we kindly ask that your account remains up to date and in good standing.

As part of these changes, we advise you to reassess your current credit limit and if this may need to be adjusted to accommodate your current card lock card usage contact our accounts receivable department at your earliest convenience.

These measures are being implemented to help reduce potential credit exposure and minimize fraudulent activity across the CRS, especially as Cardlock transactions occur 24/7 without manual oversight of available credit.
