Wetaskiwin Co-op is now accepting applications for the full-time permanent position of Feed Administration Clerk for our Cowlick Mineral’s facility, located in Innisfail, Alberta. Reporting to the Feed Division Manager, the successful candidate will primarily perform administrative duties, as well as support a variety of the Feed Division departments, locations, and initiatives.

What you’ll do:
As the Feed Administration Clerk you will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day operation of our Cowlick Minerals facility. You’ll be the go-to person for administrative support, customer service, and communication within our Country Junction Feeds team. You’ll act as the first point of contact for members, suppliers, and customers—ensuring questions are directed appropriately, records are maintained accurately, and operations are supported efficiently.
• Provide exceptional front-line customer service in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for feed production, quality control, and batch tracking.
• Assist with inventory tracking and reconciliation of feed ingredients and finished product.
• Perform data entry, filing, and sales audit tasks—ensuring accuracy and identifying discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members across departments including nutrition, production, maintenance, transportation, sales, and procurement.
• Support the administrative needs of the facility and contribute to the coordination of smooth internal workflows.
• Follow all company and regulatory safety, housekeeping, and operational procedures.

Who you are:
• A skilled communicator who maintains positive relationships and provides excellent customer service.
• Experienced in administrative roles—ideally in a feed, agriculture, or manufacturing setting.
• A detail-oriented team player with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with various digital tools and systems.
• Committed to confidentiality, accuracy, and high-quality administrative work.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with the agriculture or feed industry is a strong asset, though not required.
• You believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of colleagues, suppliers and customers.
