Notice of Nomination for Directors

Wetaskiwin Co-operative Association Limited

Wetaskiwin Co-op is seeking nominations for the election of Directors at the Annual General Meeting, scheduled for February 2026.

We invite members who meet the following qualifications to consider putting their name forward:

• You have a genuine interest in serving on a nine-member Board that sets the direction and policies of the Co-operative.

• You have been a Wetaskiwin Co-op member for at least one full year.

• You have purchased a minimum of $3,000 with Wetaskiwin Co-op in the last financial year.

• You are not an officer or employee of Wetaskiwin Co-operative Association, not a commission operator under contract with the Co-op, and have not been employed by the Co-op within the past three years.

If you meet these criteria, you qualify to be a Director. Three Directors will be elected, each for a three-year term.
