Janitorial Services Contract (2026–2029)
Wetaskiwin Co-operative Association Ltd. is inviting sealed tenders for janitorial services at the following locations for a three (3) year contract:
Wetaskiwin Co-op Administration Office
- Boardroom
- Administration Offices
- Washrooms
Country Junction Feeds – Administration Office
- Administration Offices
- Washrooms
Country Junction Feeds Mill
- Lunchroom
- Locker Room
- Offices
- Washrooms
Scope of Work
- Janitorial services are required Monday through Friday.
- The successful contractor will supply all labour, cleaning equipment, and cleaning products, except for toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags, which will be provided by Wetaskiwin Co-op.
Contractor Requirements
The successful contractor must provide:
- Proof of commercial general liability insurance.
- Current Workers' Compensation Board (WCB) coverage.
- References from current or previous commercial clients.
- Successful completion of any required security screening or background checks.
Interested contractors may request additional information or arrange a site visit before submitting a tender.
Tender Submission
Sealed tenders clearly marked "Tender – Janitorial Services" must be received by 2:00 p.m. on August 14, 2026
