Wetaskiwin Co-op is now accepting applications for the full-time position of Feed Administration Clerk in Wetaskiwin, Alberta. Reporting to the Feed Division Manager, the successful candidate will primarily perform administrative duties, as well as support a variety of feed departments, locations, and initiatives.

Wetaskiwin Co-op is located in central Alberta operating in 9 locations in 5 communities of Wetaskiwin, Innisfail, Camrose, Edmonton and Falun. We operate in a variety of product lines including consumer hardware, building products, crop inputs, petroleum, liquor and feed manufacturing. What you’ll do:
As the Feed Administration Clerk, you play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Country Junction Feeds office. You will be the first point of contact for producers, customers, and industry partners, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly and directed to the appropriate team member. In this role, you will:
• Support efficient day to day office operations and contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Complete data entry, filing, and administrative tasks, including auditing sales data for accuracy and identifying discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members across nutrition, sales, transportation, maintenance, production, and administration to support smooth workflow and communication.
• Provide professional customer service in person, by phone, and electronically.
• Follow all safety, housekeeping, and regulatory requirements to maintain a clean, compliant, and safe work environment.
Who you are:
• A detail‑oriented, dependable team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
• Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality and integrity under pressure.
• Experienced in administrative duties, with strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Someone who builds positive working relationships and consistently delivers excellent customer service.
• A collaborator who values communication, teamwork, and strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
• Familiarity with agriculture or feed manufacturing is an asset but not required.
